From June 6 to 8, the 23rd St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) was held in Russia, and Wang Xiaofei, Chairman of Zhongke Electric Power Equipment Group, was invited to attend.

After more than 20 years of development, SPIEF has now become Russia's most important international large-scale economic forum,but also one of the important platform for the leaders of the emerging economicpowers to meet, won the reputation of "Russian version of Davos".Representatives of different fields from all over the world gathered in St.Petersburg, a beautiful and charming coastal city, to discuss the key economic issues faced by emerging markets and the world, to carry out economic and trade cooperation and achieve win-win development.

With the continuous development of Sino-Russian relations, China has become an important participant in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The forum has set up a number of sub-forums involving China, including "The SCO without Borders", "Solutions to create common future and realize the sustainable development","Technology shapes the future, who will win in the global competition  for artificial intelligence" and provides an important platform for exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and Russian enterprises and the development of internationalization of enterprises.

Chairman Wang Xiaofei held dialogues and exchanges with Russian entrepreneurs during the forum to explore the path of win-win cooperation and development. Chairman Wang Xiaofei said that China and Russia are comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership, both countries play an important role in the Belt and Road, the BRICS countries and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and that economic and trade cooperation has a solid basis for cooperation. On June 7, Chairman Wang Xiaofei listened to President Xi Jinping's speech at the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. President Xi's speech was inspiring people to strive. For the manufacturing industry, in order to stand in the cruel competition, we must master the core technology of independent intellectual property rights, which requires long-term research, exploration, verification, accumulation and no impatience. I will stick to the original intention of choosing manufacturing,and will stick to this path to the end. Chairman Wang Xiaofei excitedly said, "AsChina's private enterprises and manufacturing industry, we have are responsibility to contribute to the motherland to achieve the great goal of being manufacturing power."
