The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party of China is an extremely important meeting,held at the historical cross point between realizing the goal of "Two Hundred Years" and the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China. The Plenary has adopted ‘The Decision of the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party on the Major Issues of Adhering to and Improving the Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics, and Promoting the Modernization of the National Governance System and Governance Capacity’. It fully affirms the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and attaches great importance to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. It is the programmatic document to perfect and develop China's national system and governance system, and it provides the fundamental follow and points out the right direction for pushing forward the reform and opening-up of the new era, for meeting the challenges and risks and winning the initiative. It is a grand oath of creating “China’s Golden Age”, which is issued by Chinese Communists of the new era in the grasp of history and reality, theory and practice, in the thinking of time and trend, breaks and creations.

The socialist system with Chinese characteristics is the foundation of national stability and development. In a hundred years of great changes, and at the critical path of national rejuvenation, China needs to firm the confidence in political system more than any other time and any other stages. We must give full play to the advantage of our own political system and consolidate it to make it more mature and stable, to ensure that the country is prosperous and long-term stability. Looking to the future and building up the institutional guarantees for great rejuvenation, we can overcome all the risks and challenges along the way and create new greater glory.

The plenary also reiterated in particular the"Two Unshakable", and this is the first time that our Party positions the private economic development from the strategic height of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity, having a practical significance of stability anchor. Especially on the occasion of the first anniversary of the private enterprise symposium, the central government's policy announcement has strengthened our private entrepreneurs’ faith of moving towards a broader stage, and strengthened the determination and confidence in striving with the Party and fulfilling the dream with the Party.

Cease to struggle and you cease to live! We will carry out this plenary spirit into the practice of enterprise production and operation, to boost the confidence of development, to enhance the determination of innovation, to not forget the initial intention of entrepreneurship, to firm the aspiration of giving back to the country. In the trend of the times of high-quality development, we will further strengthen the entity economy, to be a fine,better, long-lasting and large enterprise, and to contribute private enterprises’ efforts for achieving the striving goal of “Two Hundred Years” and realizing the Chinese dream of Chinese nation’s great rejuvenation.
